what students say
Josh B., Actor, Voice Over Artist
"I’m a professional actor and Voice Over Artist, and even after studying singing for years, Jacque helped me take my voice to the next level. She’s not just a vocal coach, she’s a technician. She helped me find clear, healthy, authentic singing. It’s brought a joy and confidence of singing to my work, and I’ve booked several jobs off my voice alone."
I have maintained an active studio for the last twenty years- throughout my performing career. As a teacher and coach, I have the unique background of a career in musical theater, opera, and theater. My students range from professional actors and singers to beginners and hobbyists.
Singing is deeply personal and each individual's goal and process is different. Whether you are on stage 8 times a week in a Broadway musical or looking to audition for your community choir, my goal is to show you how and why your voice works. We go in depth about the science of singing, and find the best exercises that work for your unique path.
Paramount -for as focused as sessions can be- we should always aim to have fun, laugh, and remember why we are singing: for the beauty and community of the art!
